Baker's Dozen
Goodwill Industries Does Not Accept:
Goodwill Industries has created a list of items that are not accepted as donations. The compilation of this list follows a large number of instances where people tried donating things to get tax deductions for things that are not tax deductible. The following items will be turned away and not accepted as donations. If you leave any of these things in the after hours donation bin, you will be hunted and found and forced to take the donation back!
Goodwill Industries Does Not Accept:
- Old Computers
- Old Super-computers
- New Nano-Computers (too hard to sticker w/ price tag since they can't be seen by the naked eye)
- Things that are broken, especially broken promises, broken homes and/or broken dreams
- Sacred Native-American Artifacts
- Unholy Irish-American Artifacts
- Excuses, especially lame ones
- Shattered items, like shattered glass/shattered lives
- Guff (Goodwill does not take that from ANYONE!)
- Advances (especially unwanted ones)
- Criticism, even of a constructive nature
- Unwanted Infants
- Depleted Uranium Fuel
