All returnable merchandise must be sent, freight prepaid at customer's expense, and received by us within 30 days of date purchased in its original condition. Upon receipt we will issue you a full refund (less all shipping costs [actual shipping costs may differ from the amount charged on your order. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
