Under the Freeway Skate Park in Spokane, WA

Located under the I-90 freeway in downtown Spokane, WA, the Under the Freeway or UTF skate park is a pretty cool place to skate and hang out.

This video was shot in the UTF skate park in Spokane. In it you can see one side the tall concrete box with Quarter-pipe ramps on all sides of it. You can also see the fun box. Evan does a nice job of showing off multiple parts of the park. You can see the light coming in from the outside world of Downtown Spokane. The spot is pretty well shaded being directly under I-90. It also stays pretty dry during the rain, which is nice since Spokane does get some rain (though not nearly as much as Seattle). The location of the park is 4th Ave and McCLellan St. There is usually plenty of parking along the street, so that is not a worry. Also, since it is right in downtown, there is good access to public transit. All in all a pretty sweet place. Enjoy this and our other skate videos (below).
