Imagine a world with no skateboards! What would skaters do? Well, if this video is any indication they would just keep on skating! Through video editing this video has been made to appear like these guys are riding on air!

I love how even on the parts when they throw their skateboards (over the fence or into the bush) you can still see the effects of the impact of the board even though you can't see the board itself.

Having done some video editing similar to this (not for skateboarding footage though) I can tell you that this process is not easy. These guys used a process called rotoscoping (unless their is some awesome new video editing software out there that I don't know about). Basically that means they would have to go through frame by frame in the video and photoshop out the skateboard in each frame. Video is usually 30 frames per second. That's a lot of work, but an awesome finished product!
